Why Weight is designed for you to commit to six consecutive weekly sessions. Six week sessions are continually renewable. Our experience proves a six week commitment can easily fit into your busy schedule and is in your best interest to BEGIN TO CONQUER lifelong behaviors. To guarantee the availability of your set day and time for each subsequent six week session, renew your commitment by week four. Coaching Prices   Two or More People:  $30.00 per wk One on One Session: $60.00 per wk For your convenience, 50% of the fee is due at the first meeting with the remaining 50% due at the fourth meeting, or all six weeks can be paid in advance at the start of your six-week session. Each team member is responsible for the fees for their entire six-week session. Why Weight was developed to include weekly sessions in either your home, your place of business, via teleconference, or in Margaret’s meeting room. Together we will pick a day, a time and a place that is convenient for you. Ask about the special 10 week program; “Ten Step Weigh to a Healthy Body”, offered upon request, and designed for larger groups. Ask about the smoking cessation program; “Stop Smoking Without Weight Gain”, offered upon request to individuals and groups of all sizes.
